How long does shipping take? +

Tracked shipping in 8-14 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the US? +

Yes, to Canada, the UK and Australia. Shipping is free on 2 or more sacks; a single sack pays a flat rate shown at checkout.

Which print should I pick? +

All three are the same size and the same sherpa inside. Blue Bunny is the calmest, Yellow Bear the most playful, Pink Pony the softest look. With 2 or 3 sacks you can pick a different print for each.

Can I return it? +

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email support@purrden.store and we'll guide you through it.
